Insurance Requirements

Due to the nature of our rental business we are required by law to require certain documentation be kept on file for rental customers. We have listed below our Insurance Requirements for your convenience.

While we rent to numerous types of customers each year from golf courses to non-profit organizations, there are certain instances in which we are also barred from participating due to great liability insurance concerns. These instances include certain high-risk customers, events, and venues. Sports Transportation, LLC reserves the right to refuse rental to any individual seeking rental based on Insurance Requirements or general liability risk.

Customers may be asked to provide the following information at Sports Transportation's request:

Certificate of Property Insurance for Physical Damage, Theft, and Loss as follows:

  • $7,500 per Golf Car, $10,000 per 4-Passenger Golf Car, $10,000 per Utility Vehicle, $14,000 per 6 or 8 Passenger Utility Vehicle
  • Certificate of Liability Insurance; $1,000,000 per Occurrence/$2,000,000 Aggregate
Certificates should list the following as Additional Insured:
  • Sports Transportation, LLC. together with their affiliates (including any officers, directors, stockholders, employees, members, managers, servants and agents of their affiliates), officers, directors, stockholders, employees, members, managers, servants and agents
